🐾 Meet Teddy & Rex –Cranbrooks Longest Waiting Rescue Dogs 🐾

While Rocky Mountain Canine isn’t a rescue, every now and then we open our doors — and our hearts — to dogs who need a safe place to land.

About a year ago, we heard about Teddy and Rex, two bonded brothers who had been living in a boarding facility for over 2.5 years after being owner-surrendered. Their story had been shared over 222 times, yet somehow, they were still overlooked.

Once construction wrapped up here and a spot opened at our facility, we knew it was time for a change. We reached out to our amazing friends at Meant2Be Loved Animal Rescue, who didn’t hesitate to jump in and help transfer Teddy and Rex into our care.

These two are truly something special — Corso mix, though smaller in size, full of life, love, and loyalty.

They are bonded brothers who adore exploring, running, and playing together. They’ve spent nearly three years watching other dogs find their forever homes while they waited patiently for someone to choose them.

Teddy and Rex are:
